[ PROCLAMATION NO. 121, June 18, 1963 ]

FURTHER EXTENDING THE SPECIAL SESSION OF CONGRESS UP TO JUNE 22, 1963



WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 117, dated June 5, 1963, Congress was called to a special session for a period of six days from June 10, 1968, to consider three specific legislative subjects;

WHEREAS, said period was extended under Proclamation No. 120, dated June 15, 1963, to June 18, 1963; and

WHEREAS, it appears that Congress needs more time to consider two of the measures specified;

NOW THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby further extend, the special session of Congress up to June 22, 1963.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 18th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
