[ PROCLAMATION NO. 127, July 02, 1963 ]
EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECT, INC., UP TO AUGUST 31, 1963
WHEREAS, the period from May 1 to June 30, 1963, was set aside for the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc.;
WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., was not able to solicit funds from public and private schools owing to the change of the school calendar this year; and
WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., needs additional time to realize its quota of P200,000.00 to continue its activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., up to August 31, 1963.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
