RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, KNOWN AS MILITARY RESERVATION, SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF MALINAO, KIBARITAN, AND BACOGANON, MUNICIPALITY OF PAÑGANTUCAN; BARRIO OF DOMINOROG, MUNICIPALITY OF TALAKAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON; AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF WAO, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES
Pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for military purposes Under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the timber and other forest products therein shall remain under the administrative control of the Director of Forestry in accordance with Forest Laws and Regulations, the following described parcel of land of the public domain, known as Military Reservation, situated in the Barrios of Malinao, Kibaritan, and Bacoganon, Municipality of Pañgantucan; Barrio of Dominorog, Municipality of Talakag, Province of Bukidnon and the Municipality of Wao, Province of Lanao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, Philippines:

As soon as the Armed Forces of the Philippines shall cease to have need for the area, the unclassified forest and established timberland shall revert to its original category as portion of the public forest under the administrative jurisdiction of the Bureau of Forestry.
