[ PROCLAMATION NO. 141, July 29, 1963 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63, DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION, SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “A”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, dated August 6, 1925, which established the Government Center Reservation, situated in Residence Section “A”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein, and reserve the same for building site purposes under the administration of the Court of Appeals, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-168), situated in the Res. Sec. “A”, City of Baguio. Bounded on the SW., and W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6 by Road; on the N. and NE., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Session Road; on the SE., and SW., along lines 9-10-1, by Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 85° 23′ E., 293.19 meters from Triangulation Station HAPPY, Baguio Townsite, thence N. 49° 00′ W., 43.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 44° 07′ W., 43.78 meters to point 3; thence N. 22° 45′ W., 23.61 meters to point 4; thence N. 5° 16′ W., 46.69 meters to point 5; thence N. 7° 14′ E., 15.39 meters to point 6; thence N. 88° 12′ E., 2.22 meters to point 7; thence S. 30° 24′ E., 91.19 meters to point 8; thence S. 35° 58′ E., 74.17 meters to point 9; thence S. 42° 46′ W., 9.26 meters to point 10; thence N. 78° 43′ W., 11.45 meters to the point of beginning, containing an area of 3,994 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by B.L. Conc. Mons.; bearing true; date of survey, May 24-28, 1963, and approved on June 14, 1963.
