[ PROCLAMATION NO. 142, July 29, 1963 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63, SERIES OF 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “A”, BAGUIO CITY, AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR OFFICE AND SESSION HALL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, series of 1925, which established the Government Center Reservation, a certain parcel of land embraced therein, situated in Residence Section “A,” Baguio City, and reserve the same for office and session hall site purposes of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-159, L.R.C. Record No. ?????), situated in the City of Baguio. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, bf Proposed Road; on the NW, along line 2-3, by Road; on the NE., along line 3-4, by Existing Road; and on the SE., along lines 4-5-6-1 by Weather Bureau Site. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 46° 51′ E., 295.88 meters from the Triangulation Station, Happy Baguio Town Site, thence N. 40° 11′ W., 45.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 46° 09′ E., 145.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 16° 51′ E., 77.59 meters to point 4; thence S. 54° 23′ W., 43.95 meters to point 5; thence S. 58° 39′ W., 38.28 meters to point 6; thence S. 62° 56′ W., 3o.40 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 7,808 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 5 and 6, by Old P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; and the rest by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, Oct. 30-81, 1962, and was approved on Feb. 7, 1963.
