[ PROCLAMATION NO 156, September 03, 1963 ]
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 259, DATED JUNE 18, 1951, AND RETURNING THE PARCELS OF LAND COVERED THEREBY WITH ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN TO THE PEOPLE’S HOMESITE AND HOUSING CORPORATION FOR PURPOSES OF DEVELOPMENT, SALE, AND SETTLEMENT
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 259, dated June 18, 1951, and hereby return to the People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation the parcels of land covered thereby, with all the improvements thereon, for purposes of development, sale, and settlement, except a ten (10) hectare portion which shall continue to be reserved for military purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, which portions is more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot R. P. 3-B-4-B-2-B of the Diliman Estate subdivision plan Psd?????), being a portion of Lot R. P. 3-B-4-B—2 of plan Bsd-10532, G.L.R.O. Record No. 7681) situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by Road Lot 9, Bsd-20171; along line 2-3, by Block 53 and Road Lot 27 (Nueva Ecija Street); on the NE., along line 3-4, by Road Lot 37 (Nueva Vizcaya Street) all of Psd-57020; on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-1, by Lot R. P. 3-B-4-B-2-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 31° 33′ W., 2,424.61 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 7, Quezon City; thence N. 12° 37′ E., 25.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 12″ 37′ E., 350.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 77° 23′ E., 261.60 meters to point 4; thence 3. 32° 23′ E., E., 4.24 meters to point 5; thence S. 12° 37′ W., 372.00 meters to point 6; thence S. 57° 37′ W., 4.24 meters to point 7; thence N. 77° 23′ W., 258.60 meters to point 8; thence N. 32° 27′ W., 4.23 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of One Hundred Thousand One Square Meters and Ten Square Decimeters (100,001.10) (Subject to future survey).”
