DECLARING THURSDAY, 04 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, on 04 April 2019, Thursday, the City of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 21 st Cityhood Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Antipolo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 04 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Antipolo, Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
