RESERVING FOR NATIONAL MUSEUM BUILDING PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF INTRAMUROS, CITY OF MANILA
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw’ from sale or settlement and reserve for building site purposes, under the administration of the Director of National Museum, subject to private rights, if any there be, cerain parcels of land of the private domain of the National Government situated in the District of Intramuros, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows, to wit; Lot 1, Block 17, Manila Cadastre
“A parcel of land (Lot 1, Block 17 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila), situated in the District of Intramuros, City of Manila. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, by Calle Arzobispo; on the NW., along line 2-3, by Lot 2, Block 17, Manila Cad.; on the NE., along line 3-4, by Calle Gen. Luna; and on the SE., along line 4-1, by Calle Postigo. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 5° 57′ W., 80.42 meters from Fire Hyd. No. 2, City of Manila, thence N. 42° 34′ W., 80.02 meters to point 2; thence N. 47° 39′ E., 73.050 meters to point 3; thence S. 42° 35′ E., 79.79 meters to point 4; thence S. 47° 28′ W., 73.06 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 5,8387.8. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true; date of the cadastral survey, Nov. 1915-Feb., 1916.

“A parcel of land (Lot 2, Block 17 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila), situated in the District of Intramuros, City of Manila. Bounded on the NW., along line 1.-2, by Calle Aduana; on the NE., along line 2-3, by Calle Gen. Luna; and on the SE., along line 3-1, by Lot 1, Block 17, Manila Cad. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 60° 20′ E., 20.93 meters from Fire Hyd, No. 1, City of Manila: thence N. 47° 27′ E., 773.04 meters to point 2; thence S. 42° 35′ E., 0.25 meters to point 3; thence S. 47° 39′ W., 73.05 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 9.3. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true; date of the cadastral survey, Nov., 1915-Feb. 1916.”
