[ PROCLAMATION NO. 193, January 13, 1964 ]

RESERVING FOR BLOOD BANK BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for blood bank building site purposes under the administration of the Philippine National Red Cross, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in Port Area, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Lot S, Block 4 Swo-20567

A parcel of land (Lot 3, Block 4 of the resurvey and subdivision plan Swo-20567, being a portion of certain portion of Reclamation plan 1), situated in the South Harbor, Port Area, City of Manila. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, by Railroad Street; on the NW., along line 2-3, by Street; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Bonifacio Drive; and on the SE., along lines 4-5-1, by Lot 2, Block 4 of the resurvey and subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 44° 03′ W., 475.27 meters from F. Hyd. 31 Yr. 1948 New, City of Manila and N. 30° 29′ W., 772.75 meters from F. Hyd. (Unnumbered), City of Manila, thence N. 31° 52′ W., 42.32 meters to point 2; thence N. 45° 22′ E., 50.69 meters to point 3; thence S. 32° 24′ E., 48.90 meters to point 4; thence S. 52° 51′ W., 24.90 meters to point 5; thence S. 52° 50′ W., 25.24 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 2,268 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Conc. Mons. marked B.L.; bearings true; Date of the resurvey and subdivision survey, Dec. 2-3, 1947 & March 29, 1948 and approved on July 9, 1948.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
