[ PROCLAMATION NO. 87, August 12, 1948 ]
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 379, SERIES OF 1931, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DINAGA, MUNICIPALITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 379, series of 1931, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
