[ PROCLAMATION NO. 90, September 13, 1948 ]

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING, PLAZA, MARKET AND CEMETERY SITES PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building, plaza, market and cemetery sites purposes, under the administration of the municipality of San Mateo, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain located in the municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Bsd-10188, to wit:

FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE

Lot No. 7033-B

“A parcel of land (lot 7033-B of the subdivision plan Bsd-10188, being a portion of lot 7033 of the cadastral survey of Santiago, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No.), situated in the poblacion, municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE., by lot 7035-D of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan (proposed road); and on the NW., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 37° 03′ E., 2,032.68 m. from B.L.L.M. 121, Santiago Cad. 211; thence S. 64° 57′ E., 169.88 m. to point 2; thence S. 20° 06′ W., 36.06 m. to point 3; thence N. 69° 54′ W., 179.94 m. to point 4; thence N. 20° 10′ E., 59.39 m. to point 5; thence S. 30° 41’ E., 13.70 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of 7,931 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by B. L. Cone. Mans.; bearings true; declination 0° 31′ E.; date of the original survey. Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision survey, August 8-18, 1947.”

“A parcel of land (lot 7035-D of the subdivision plan Bsd-10188, being a portion of lot 7035 of the cadaptrai survey of Santiago, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No.), situated in the poblacion, municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE. and SE., by lot 7035-F of the subdivision plan; on the SW. by lot 7033-B of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., by lot 7035-F of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 37° 03′ E., 2,032.68 m. from B.L.L.M. 121, Santiago Cad. 211, Whence N. 30° 41′ W., 13.70 m. to point 2; thence N. 20° 11′ E., 39.41 m. to point 3; thence S. 70° 18′ E., 179.86 m. to point 4; thence S. 20° 09′ W., 64.01 m. to point 5; thence N. 64° 57′ W., 169.88 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of 9,955 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked as follows: point 1, by Old B.L. Cone. Mon.; point 5, by Ola Corner; and the rest, by B.L. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; declination 0° 31′ E.; date of the original survey, Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision survey, August 8-18, 1947.”

Record No.), situated in the poblacion, municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE.. by lot 7035-C of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot 7033-C of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan (proposed road); and on the NW., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 38° 28′ E., 2,211.10 m. from B.L.L.M. 121, Santiago Cad. 211, thence N. 20° 13′ E., 34.93 m. to point 2; thence S. 64° 57′ E., 164.70 m. to point 3; thence S. 45° 13′ W., 21.72 m. to point 4; thence N. 70° 17′ W., 154.95 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 4,385 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; declination 0° 31′ E.; date of the original survey, Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision survey, August 8-18, 1947.”

Record No.), situated in the poblacion, municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE., SE., and NW., by lot 7035-F of the subdivision plan; and on the SW., by lot 7033-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 40° 44′ E., 2,160.85 m. from B.L.L.M, 121, Santiago Cad. 211, thence S. 69° 45′ E., 150.07 m. to point 2; thence S. 38° 06′ E., 8.23 m. to point 3; thence S. 41° 40′ E., 9.13 m. to point 4; thence S. 31° 07′ E., 10.08 m. to point 5; thence S. 22° 28’ E 11.02 m; to point 6; thence S. 11° 20′ E., 10.48 m. to point 7; thence S. 45° 12′ W., 51.71 m. to point 8; thence N. 64° 57′ W., 164.70 m. to point 9; thence N. 20° 13′:E., 65.07 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 12,565 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by B.L. Conc. Record No.) situated in the poblacion, municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., by lot 7035-F of the subdivision plan (proposed road). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 43° 00′ E., 2,284.26 m. from B.L.L.M. 121, Santiago Cad. 211, thence N. 69° 45′ W., 150.08 m. to point 2; thence N. 20° 13′ E., 99.98 m. to point 3; thence S. 69° 44′ E., 149.93 m. to point 4; thence S. 20° 08′ W., 99.94 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 14,993 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked as follows: points 1 and 3, by Old Corners and points 2 and 4, by B. L. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; declination 0° 31′ E.; date of the original survey, Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision survey, August 8-18, 1947.”

Record No.), situated in the poblacion, municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE., by lot 7050-E of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lots 7050-E and 7050-C of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lot 7050-C of the subdivision plan and on the NW., by lots 7050-C and 7050-E of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 88° 20′ W., 1,351.84 m. from B. B. M. 40, Santiago Cad. 211, thence S. 79° 15′ W., 100.00 m. to point 2; thence N. 10° 45′ W., 99.98 m. to point 3; thence N. 79° 15′ E., 100.00 m. to point 4; thence N. 79° 15’ E., 100.00 m. to point 5; thence S. 10° 45′ E., 99.98 m. to point 6; thence S. 79° 15′ W., 100.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 19,994 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B. L. Conc. Mons. Bearings true, declination 0° 31′ E., date of the original survey, Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision survey, August 8-18, 1947.”
