RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, ISABELA, SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from any disposition, either through sale, lease or settlement and reserved a parcel of land of the public domain for public purposes of the Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SW., along line 2-3 by National Road (60.00 m. wide); on the NW., and SE., along line 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30 by Don Mariano R. Marcos Avenue and President Sergio Osmeña Avenue; on the SW., and SE., along lines 30-31-32-33-34 by Lot 7692, Pls-62 and President Sergio Osmeña Avenue; along lines 34-35-1-2 by President Sergio Osmeña Avenue;

Beginning, containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (18,269) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: All corners are marked by old BL. cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cm. Bearing true. Date of Original survey on N/I and that the survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Jesus P. Basilio on September 3, 2004 and was approved on March 08, 2007.
