DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 1, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC
WHEREAS, Saturday, July 1, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlace be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, July 1, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines, to be affixed.
