CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT BLOCK 1, 30 TH STREET CORNER 5 thAVENUE, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as BGC Corporate Center 2, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine and Twenty-Nine Hundredths square meters (35,439.29 m2), and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at Block 1, 30 th Street corner 5 th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, with an area of Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine square meters (2,149 m 2), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA j&oard of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-303 (s. 2017), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 1236-P (Lot 8, Block 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-00-011796, being a portion of Block 6; Block 10; Lots 1-4, Block 11; Lots 1-7, Block 21; Block 29; Reserved Lot 3-9; and Road Lots 7, 10, 14, 17 & 18, all of Pcs-00- 007928; Blocks 2, 3, 8, 21 & 50; Reserved Access Lots 2, 3, 6, 9, 20, 21, 48 & 49, all of Psd-00-046745; Lots 1-7 of Psd-00-060299; Blocks 1 & 2; Road Lots 1-7 of Pcs-00-008760; Lots 1-3 of Psd-00-060334; Lots 1 & 2 of Pcs-00-008685; Reserved Access Lot 5 of Pcs-00-009913; and Access Lot 51-B of Psd-00-058169, LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Barrio of Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4, Block 1 (Reserved Access Lot) of the plan; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7 by Road Lot 6 of the plan; on the NW., along line 7-8 by Road Lot 29 of the plan; on the NE., along line 8-1 by Lot 7, Block 1 of the plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 44 deg. 05" W., 3,950.91 m. from BLLM #1, Mcadm-590-D;

thence S. 18 deg. 12' W., 41.77 m. to point 2;
thence N. 80 deg. 07' W., 3.14 m. to point 3;
thence N. 77 deg. 56' W., 3.14 m. to point 4;
thence N. 75 deg. 45' W., 3.14 m. to point 5;
thence N. 73 deg. 34' W., 3.14 m. to point 6;
thence N. 71 deg. 48' W., 37.73 m. to point 7;
thence N. 18 deg. 12' E., 42.88 m. to point 8;
thence S. 71 deg. 48' E., 50.24 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine Square Meters (2,149 m2), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc, mons 15x40 cms; bearings, true; date of original survey, Sept. - Dec. 1907; and that of the consolidation-subdivision survey on Feb. 10, 2006, and was approved on April 18, 2006.
