DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, on 21 September 2019, Saturday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal, will mark its 448 th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C.MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 21 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
