DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 20, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN LIPA CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Lipa celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Sebastian on Friday, January 20, 2006;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, January 20, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of January, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Six.
