[ PROCLAMATION NO. 367, February 11, 1953 ]

RESERVING FOR ANIMAL BREEDING STATION PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BASCO, PROVINCE AND ISLAND OF BATANES.



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for animal breeding station purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Animal Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Basco, Province and Island of Batanes, containing an area of about 18.0000 hectares, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Forestry Plan Cn. F-859 as follows, to wit:

Following Yuga Creek downstream in a general northwesterly direction about 515 meters.

A point at the junction of Yuga Creek and Basco-Mahatao Road.

Following the sea-coast in a general northerly direction about 290 meters.

A point at the mouth of Yuga Creek.

Following Sayad Creek upstream in a general northeasterly direction about 250 meters

A point at the mouth of Sayad Creek.

NOTE. Corner 1, located at the junction of Sayad Creek and Basco-Mahatao Road, is approximately 800 meters from the town of Basco.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
