[ PROCLAMATION NO. 969, January 13, 2006 ]
DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 16, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PAGADIAN CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian celebrates its annual fiesta on Monaday, January 16, 2006;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasionwith appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 16, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Pagadian City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of January, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Six.
