[ PROCLAMATION NO. 437, December 23, 1953 ]

RESERVING FOR POLICE PRECINT SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for police precinct site purposes under the administration of the City of Quezon, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government situated in the City of Quezon, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 1-C-3-C-2 of the Subdivision plan Psd-19801, being a portion of Lot No. 1-C-3-C, Bsd-7279, G.L.R.O. Record No, 917), situated in the District of Cuban (Quezon City), formerly City of Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., NE., and SE., by Lot No. 1-C-3-C-3 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 82 deg. 45’ W., 6921.83 m., more or less, from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Mp. of Mariquina; thence N. 30 deg. 52’ W., 45.46 m. to point “2”; thence N. 59 deg. 08’ E., 44.00 m. to point “3”; thence S. 30 deg. 52* E., 45.46 m. to point “4”; thence S. 59 deg. 08’ W., 44.00 m. to the point of beginning. Containing an area of TWO THOUSAND (2,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points refereed to are indicated on the plan and on the ground; all points are marked by P.L.S. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true, Declination 0. deg. 50’ E., Date of Original Survey, April 8 – July 15, 1920.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
