[ PROCLAMATION NO. 441, December 23, 1953 ]

RESERVING FOR THE TALOMO HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or Settlement and reserve for the Taloma Hydroelectric Project of the National Power Corporation, subject to private rights, it any there be, certain parcels of the private domain of the Government situated in the sitio of Talomo, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot A in NPC Plan – Plate TA-15-la, a portion of Lot 758-A, Psd-25093), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North and East by Talomo River; on the South by Old Provincial Road; and on the West by Lot C and Lot D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S. 56 deg. 27′ E., 808.28 meters more or less from MBM No. 16 of the Davao Cadastre,
