[ PROCLAMATION NO. 443, December 23, 1953 ]
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 30, DATED MAY 25, 1923, AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGRICULTURAL COLONY FOR DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT TO THE GRADUATES OF AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL HIGH SCHOOLS AND AGRICULTURAL COLLEGES, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MANAGOK, MUNICIPALITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Sections83 and 85 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 30, dated May 25, 1923, and reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, the land embraced therein for the establishment of an agricultural colony for disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act to the graduates of agricultural and rural high schools and agricultural colleges, under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
