[ PROCLAMATION NO. 447, December 23, 1953 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 477. SERIES OF 1939, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF SANTA ANA, CITY OF DAVAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 83 and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 477, series of 1939, and declare open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act a certain portion of the land embraced therein, situated in the District of Santa Ana, City of Davao, which portion of land is more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan Bcs-3030, as follows;

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Bcs-2030, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 3451 of the Cadastral survey of Davao and Lots 2728-A, 2728-B, 2729-A and 2729-B described on plan Bsd-10735-D, G.L.R.O. Record No.     ), situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on the N., by Uyanguren Avenue; on the E., By Lot 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan; on the S., by Road; and on the W., by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 51 deg. 26′ E., 1057.67 m. from Mon. 19, Davao Cad. 102,

thence N.	86 deg.	43’ E.,	31.38 m.	to	point “2”;
thence S.	3 deg.	12’ E.,	147.38 m.	to	point “3”;
thence S.	86 deg.	55’ W.,	31.38 m.	to	point “4”;
thence N.	3 deg.	11’ W.,	73.64 m.	to	point “5”;
thence N.	3 deg.	11’ W.,	73.64 m.	to	the point of

beginning; containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE (4,623) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4, by Old B.P.W.? Conc. Mons.; point 2, by P.L.S./B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mon.; point 3, by P.L.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; and point 5, by Old P.I.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; declination 2 deg. 02′ E.; date of the consolidation and subdivision survey, April 24, 1953.”
