RESERVING FOR RADIO STATION SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PUGAD BABOY, MUNICIPALITY OF POLO, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for radio station site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Telecommunications, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the private domain of the Government, situated in the Barrio of Pugad Baboy, Municipality of Polo, Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
“A parcel of land (Lot No. 693-B – Lot 1631, being a portion of Lot No. 693 of the Relocation and subdivision plan Fls-904-B of the Malinta Estate, G.L.R.O. Record No. 5941), situated in the Barrio of Pugad Baboy, Municipality of Polo, Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the Northeast, by Lots Nos. 701-B-1 of Psd-5149 and 694; on the Southeast, by Lots Nos. 693-C and 693-D of the subdivision plan; on the Southwest, by Lots Nos. 695 and 693-A of the subdivision plan; and on the Northwest, by Lot No. 693-B of the subdivision plan.
