[ PROCLAMATION NO. 455, December 23, 1953 ]
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF SAN FRANCISCO DEL MONTE, QUEZON CITY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative in relation to the provisions of Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools, subject to private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the (government, situated in the District of San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City, and more particularly described in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 7786 of the land records of Quezon City, to wit:
“A parcel of land shown on plan of subdivision as Lot No. 21, Block No. 104, Psd-1650, being a portion of Lot A-2-B-7, Psd-1577, G.L.R.O. Record No. 3563, situated in the Barrio of San Francisco del Monte, municipality of San Juan del Monte, Province of Rizal (now Quezon City). Bounded on the N. by Lot No, 22; on the E. by Lots Nos. 20 and 19; on the S. by Lot No. 12; and on the W. by Road Lot No. 120. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan being N. 19 deg. 56’E. 774.70 m. from B.L.L.M. No., San Francisco del Monte, thence S. 12 deg. 44’E., 23.77 m, to point 2; thence N. 80 deg. 34’W 98.29 m. to point 3; thence N. 10 deg. 08’E., 63.02 m. to point 4; thence S. 78 deg. 06’E. 73.06 m. to point 5; thence S. 12 deg. 55’E. 40.93 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Five (5,245) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.L.S. concrete monument 15 cm. x 60 cm. Bearings true. Declination 0 deg. 50’E. Original survey, January to December 1925. Surveyed, January to December 1925.”
