[ PROCLAMATION NO. 456, December 23, 1953 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 90, SERIES OF 1948, AND RESERVING FOR MOTOR POOL PURPOSES OF THE MAGAT RIVER IRRIGATION PROJECT, LOT NO. 7033-B, BSD-10188, SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 90,series of 1948, and reserve for office quarter and motor pool purposes of the Magat River Irrigation Project under the administration of the Director of Public Works, subject to private rights, if any there be, Lot No. 7033-B, of the subdivision plan Bsd-10188, containing an area of 7,931 square meters, more or less, situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
