[ PROCLAMATION NO. 457, December 23, 1953 ]
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 28, SERIES OF 1936, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LAMUT, MUNICIPALITY OF KIANGAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 83 and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 28, series of 1936, and declare the land embraced therein situated in the barrio of Lamut, municipality of Siangan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
