[ PROCLAMATION NO. 463, December 23, 1953 ]

ESTABLISHING FOR PROVINCIAL NURSERY AND PROPAGATION SITE PURPOSES UNDER THE CONTROL AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(d) of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for nursery and propagation site purposes under the control and administration of the Bureau of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that at any time that said nursery and propagation site is abandoned by said Bureau, the land shall revert to the category of forest land, a parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, as technically described in the Bureau of Forestry Map No. Sp. 11 to wit:

’’Beginning from point 1, a post marked N.P. 544-1, at the west side of the National Road, which is N. 10° E about 5,2000 meters from the poblacion of Pto. Princesa, Palawan; thence S 12° E, 310 meters to point 2, a post marked N.P. at the west side of the National Road; thence S 12° W, 268 meters to point 3, a post marked N.P. at the west side of the National Road; thence S 83° W, 316 meters to point 4, a post marked N.P. at the Northwest corner of the proposed Boy Scout Camp; thence S 8° E, 142 meters to point 5, a post marked N.P. at the west side of the proposed Boy Scout Camp; thence S 13° W, 132 meters to point 6, a Tagigi tree 10 cms. in diameter, marked N.P. 545-59 at the southwest corner of the proposed Boy Scout Camp; thence S 22° W, 172 meters to point 7, a Pigau tree 14 cms. in diameter marked N. P, 544-18 at the edge of a mangrove swamp, thence S 73° W, 240 meters to point 8, an Antipolo tree 15 cms. in diameter, marked N. P. 544-17 along the seashore; thence due North, 165 meters to point 9, a Batino tree 10 cms. in diameter, marked N. P. 544-16 at the edge of a mangrove swamp; thence N. 22° W, 130 meters to point 10, a Sahing tree 50 cms. in diameter, marked B.F. N.P 544-15 at the edge of a mangrove swamp; thence N 8° W, 226 meters to point 11; an Apitong tree 40 cms. in diameter, marked N.P. 544-14 at the edge of a mangrove swamp; thence N 7° W, 600 meters to point 12, a Banga tree 11 cms. in diameter marked N.P. 544-13 on the top of a ridge; thence N 83° E, 390 meters to point 13, a Sahing tree 20 cms. in diameter, marked N.P. 544-12 on the top of a hill; thence S 83° E, 378 meters to the point of beginning.

All corners are marked with B.F. marking hatchet No. 126.

Containing an area of 62.0 hectares, more or less.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
