[ PROCLAMATION NO. 464, December 23, 1953 ]
RESERVING FOR STOCKYARD AND SLAUGHTERHOUSE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for stockyard and slaughterhouse site purposes under the administration of the City of Manila, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the City of Manila and more particularly described as follows, to wit;
A PARCEL OF LAND (the Proposed Reclamation for Stockyard and Slaughterhouse), situated in the North Harbor, City of Manila. Beginning at a point marked “1” on sketch plan, being N. 37 deg. 44’ W., 477.96 m. from. P.L.S. 1, corner 7 of Lot 9-A, Psd-32308,
thence N. 72 deg. 02’ W., 100.00 m. to point “2”;
thence N. 3 deg. 23’ E., 110.00 m. to point “3”;
thence S. 72 deg. 02’ W., 100.00 m. to point “4”;
thence S. 3 deg. 23’ W., 110.00 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an area of TEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE SQUARE METERS AND SIXTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (10,645.6), more or less.
