DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIQUUOR, PROVINCE OF SIQUIJOR
WHEREAS, on 12 September 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Siquijor, Province of Siquijor, will mark the celebration of its 47 th anniversary as the capital of the Province of Siquijor; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Siquijor be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 12 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Siquijor, Province of Siquijor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
