DECLARING MONDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
WHEREAS, on 16 September 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, will mark the celebration of its 111 th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
