DECLARING MONDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
WHEREAS, on 10 February 2020, Monday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 10 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
