RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE NEW SIBONGA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN NEW SIBONGA, NABUNTURAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO



Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the NEW SIBONGA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in New Sibonga, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT 2725, PLS-33

(NEW SIBONGA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)


A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2725, Pls-33) situated in New Sibonga, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the North, along line 1-2 by Lot 2665, Pls-33; on the East, along lines 2-3-4-5, by Mawab River; on the South, along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 2761, Pls-33; and on the West, along line 7-1 by National Highway (60.00 m. wide) thence:

S. 64 deg.27’ E.,86.83 m.to point 3;
S. 09 deg.37’ E.,41.93 m.to point 4;
S. 12 deg.33’ E.,46.43 m.to point 5;
S. 32 deg.27’ E.,35.37 m.to point 6;
S. 74 deg.43’ E.,100.49 m.to point 7;
N. 15 deg.40’ E.,186.84 m.to point of;




beginning, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE (20,499) square meters, more or less.

All concerns are "PLS" Cyl. Conc. Mon. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing True; Date of Original Survey, November 6, 1953 to August 28, 1956 by Geodetic Engineer Filemon Flores and was approved on January 20, 1958.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.

The area herein reserved is subject to the mandatory provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1067 otherwise known as the Water Code of the Philippines and the mandatory provisions on the minimum road-right of way.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines, to be affixed.
