ESTABLISHING AS SOUTHERN ZAMBALES FOREST RESERVE FOR WATERSHED AND SOIL PROTECTION, TIMBER PRODUCTION, AND OTHER FOREST PURPOSES, CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CABANGAN, SAN FELIPE, SAN NARCISO, SAN MARCELINO, CASTILLEJOS, AND SUBIC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or entry and establish and proclaim, subject to private rights, if any there be, the Southern Zambales Forest Reserve for watershed and soil protection, timber production., and other forest purposes, under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry, the following parcels of public domain, situated in the municipalities of Cabangan, San Felipe, San Narciso, San Marcelino, Castillejos, and Subic, province of Zambales island of Luzon, described on the Bu-x-eau of Forestry Map No. FR-122, to wit:
