DECLARING MONDAY, 18 JANUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR




<p> PROCLAMATION NO. 1072</p>
<p> DECLARING MONDAY, 18 JANUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR</p>
<p><strong> WHEREAS, </strong> the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, will mark the celebration of its <em>Pasalamat </em>Festival 2021, which features various commemorative activities to be held from 10 to 18 January 2021;</p>
<p><strong> WHEREAS, </strong> to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to celebrate the occasion, the City Mayor requested that Monday, 18 January 2021, be declared a special (non-working) day; and</p>
<p><strong> WHEREAS, </strong> it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;</p>
<p><strong> NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, </strong> Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, </strong>do hereby declare Monday, 18 January 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.</p>
<p><strong> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, </strong> I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.</p>
<p> Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty One.</p>
