CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG GENERAL MAXILOM AVENUE, CEBU CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER) TO BE KNOWN AS CYBERGATE GALLERIA, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as Cybergate Galleria, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-One and 7/100 square meters (32, 621.07 m2), more or less, and the parcel of land on which it stands, located along General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s.2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s.2011), 15-240 (s.2015) and 17-472 (s.2017), and Resolution No. 17-675 (s.2017), as amended by Resolution No. 20-053 (s.2020), with an area of Three Thousand Forty-Six square meters (3, 046 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (portion of Lot 1, Psd-07-099981, covered bt TCT No. 107-2016002823) situated in the City of Cebu, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by a portion of Lot 1, Psd-07-099981; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 2, Psd-07-099981; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Road Lot 42 (Commerce Street), Pcs-07-01-000206; on the SE. and NW., along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10-1 by Road Lot 43, (Benedicto Street), Pcs-07-01-000206.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 24 deg. 42'E., 1,519.26 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 12, Cebu Cadastre;

The sketch plan and technical description with an area of (3,046 m2), being a portion of the 39,744-m2 property of Robinsons Land Corporation, identified as Lot 1, Psd-07-099981, prepared by Geodetic Engineer Jesus Romeo L. Desoloc; checked by Emiliano S. Hormachuelos, Chief-Surveys and Mapping Division, Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Regional Office VII; and approved by Eduardo M. Inting, Assistant Regional Director for Provincial Services, Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Regional Office VII.
