[ PROCLAMATION NO. 1276, January 06, 2022 ]

RESERVING A PARCEL OF PATRIMONIAL LAND WITHIN THE ALABANG STOCK FARM, MUNTINLUPA CITY, FOR RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE (RITM) BUILDING SITE PURPOSES, AND TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH - RITM



By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and taking into considerations the Deed of Lot Exchange dated 14 October 2021 between the Republic of the Philippines and Filinvest Alabang, Inc., I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, hereby withdraw from entry, sale, or other form of disposition a certain parcel of patrimonial land within the Alabang Stock Farm, situated in Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Island of Luzon, and reserve the same for the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) Building Site, and transfer ownership of said property in favor of the Department of Health (DOH) – RITM, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
