DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO
WHEREAS, on 04 September 2020, Friday, the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Davao de Oro, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President. RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Davao de Oro.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
