[ PROCLAMATION NO. 21, July 26, 2022 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT



WHEREAS, on 30 August 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark the celebration of its 65th Founding Anniversary and the 9th Hamungaya Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 August 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
