[ PROCLAMATION NO. 31, July 28, 2022 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN



WHEREAS, on 26 September 2022, Monday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, will mark the celebration of its 162nd Pueblo Day (Charter Day);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 26 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
