<FONT FACE="Times New Roman, serif"><B>DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS </B></FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=JUSTIFY STYLE="margin-bottom: 0cm"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman, serif"><B>WHEREAS, </B>the City of Batangas will hold a Toursim and Cultural Day together with the celeberation of its City Fiesta on Tuesday, 16 January 2018; and </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=JUSTIFY STYLE="margin-bottom: 0cm"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman, serif"><B>WHEREAS, </B> it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=JUSTIFY STYLE="margin-bottom: 0cm"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman, serif"><B>NOW, THEREFORE, I,</B><strong> SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, </strong>Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, </strong> do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=JUSTIFY STYLE="margin-bottom: 0cm"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman, serif"><B>IN WITNESS WHEREOF, </B>I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.</FONT></P>
