[ PROCLAMATION NO. 116, December 22, 2022 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS



WHEREAS, on 16 January 2023, Monday, the City of Navotas will mark the celebration of its 117th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,   do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty Two.
