[ PROCLAMATION NO. 121, January 06, 2023 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA



WHEREAS, on 16 January 2023, Monday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 28th Coconut Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,   do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty Three.
