[ PROCLAMATION NO. 219, May 11, 2023 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, 19 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LOAOG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE



WHEREAS, on 19 June 2023, Monday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,    do hereby declare Monday, 19 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty Three
