DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO
WHEREAS, the City of Davao observes the celebration of the Kadayawan Festival in the month of August;
WHEREAS, on 18 August 2023, Friday, the City of Davao will mark the celebration of the Indigenous People's Day in relation to the Kadayawan Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Davao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 18 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Davao.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
