[ PROCLAMATION NO. 384, October 23, 2023 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO



WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro will be celebrating its 86th Founding Anniversary and the 21st PASAKA Festival on 13 November 2023;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Monday, 13 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three.
