[ PROCLAMATION NO. 385, October 23, 2023 ]

DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M'LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO



WHEREAS, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato will be celebrating its annual festivity called the Kawayanan Festival on Thursday, 07 December 2023;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Thursday, 07 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three.
