[ PROCLAMATION NO. 390, October 23, 2023 ]

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR



WHEREAS, on 27 December 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Dumingag, Province of Zamboana del Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dumingag to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three.
