[ PROCLAMATION NO. 398, November 10, 2023 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA BARBARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO



WHEREAS, on 17 November 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Santa Barbara, Province of Iloilo will commemorate the anniversary of the City of Santa Barbara;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Barbara be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 17 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santa Barbara, Province of Iloilo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 10th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three.
