[ PROCLAMATION NO. 400, November 10, 2023 ]

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL



WHEREAS, on 23 November 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of the Higantes Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 23 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 10th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three.
