[ PROCLAMATION NO. 415, December 04, 2023 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PEDRO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA



WHEREAS, on 29 December 2023, Friday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 10th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 29 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pedro, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 4th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty Three.
